\nThe returned merchandise must be carefully packaged together with the original package and warranty, then placed in a padded envelope of adequate size and consistency as well as sealed at the openable points with personalized tape or, alternatively, with normal parcel tape signed across so as to make it unique and non-replaceable Zingales shoes reserves the right not to accept or to accept with reservation packages that show visible damage and\/or signs of tampering.[\/la_heading][la_heading tag=”h4″ alignment=”left” title=”Effects of withdrawal” subtitle_fz=”lg:16px;”]If the User withdraws from this contract, the User shall be refunded all payments he\/she has made to the Holder, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from any choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered) without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after the day on which the Holder is informed of the User’s decision to withdraw from this contract. Said refunds shall be made using the same means of payment used by the User for the initial transaction, unless the User has expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, the User shall not incur any costs as a result of such a refund. Refunds may be suspended until receipt of the goods or until the User demonstrates that he or she has returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
\nThe User is requested to return the goods and deliver them to the Holder without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which he communicated his withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if the User returns the goods before the expiration of the 14-day period. The cost of returning the goods will be borne by the User. The User is liable only for diminution in the value of the goods resulting from handling the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and operation of the goods.[\/la_heading][la_heading tag=”h4″ alignment=”left” title=”Limitations to the right of withdrawal on products” subtitle_fz=”lg:16px;”]Damaged or used products, even in part, will not be replaced or refunded. The User must place a copy of the delivery document received inside the packing box.
